At Peloton Apparel UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the return slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorised drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
